Infant Program
In the earliest months, a child’s world is measured in inches—reaching for something bright at the foot of the crib or a colorful object just overhead. Their senses are constantly at work, taking in sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and touches. Tiny muscles begin the important work of grasping, crawling, and eventually walking. Driven by natural curiosity, infants eagerly explore and investigate everything around them.
At Gaetz Kiddie Kare, Inc., our Infant Program nurtures this early development in a safe, loving, and stimulating environment. We focus on supporting physical, cognitive, and social-emotional growth through thoughtfully designed activities, all while building strong, trusting bonds between caregivers and infants. By providing individualized care, we strive to create a solid foundation for each child’s lifelong journey of learning and discovery.

- Cognitive Goals: To promote cognitive goals, we include a variety of activities in touch sensations, shape, texture, size and color; visual, tactile and auditory discrimination; colorful books, pictures and bulletin boards.
- Social and Emotional Development: The infant’s sense of trust comes first and this trust lays the ground work for a feeling of security throughout life that aids in proper emotional development. We provide activities to encourage this development of trust and building a bond with each child.
- Music and Sound: We incorporate simple musical toys, movement to music, listening and singing to music throughout each day.
